The Sixty-Two | Madison, Ga Wedding | Lauren & Sam
A Madison Georgia wedding heald at The Sixty-Two. Lauren and Sam tied the knot at Madison Baptist Church on a crisp Saturday in February. The two grew up together in Madison, Georgia. Even though they knew each other from a young age, their paths never crossed until after college, at the beginning of the pandemic. Lauren and Sam reconnected through social media, and the two have been inseparable ever since.
Sam proposed to Lauren at their favorite park on a random Wednesday evening in April of the previous year. And so wedding planning began imminently.
Their wedding was timeless and elegant. Lauren and her mother put so much thought and work into planning their wedding. The ceremony and reception details looked as if they should be in a bridal magazine. Lauren looked breathtaking in her Anne Barge Bridal Atelier gown, which was accompanied by Sam’s great-grandmother’s veil.
The ceremony was performed by Sam’s grandmother, who gave a sweet service about the institution of marriage and what it takes to have a happy life together. They recited their vows and exited the church with a petrel toss, and then onto the reception. Lauren had a dance with her brother as he has played an important role in her life, while Sam and his mom to a sweet song. They cut the cake and then the party began!
After the sparkler existed, Lauren and Sam jetted off to enjoy their honeymoon in the Grand Cayman Island.
