As a Kiawah Island wedding photographer, there are a few key tips I’ll share to make your day perfect. 

1. First, think about the season you want to get married in. Spring and fall offer mild temperatures and beautiful scenery, while summer brings warm beach days. Winter can be great too, with fewer crowds and a cozy atmosphere. Just remember that each season has its own benefits and challenges.

2. Book your venue well in advance. Kiawah’s popular spots fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding season. Start looking at least a year ahead to get your dream location. This gives you plenty of time to plan other details around your chosen venue.

3. Always have a backup plan for weather. Kiawah’s coastal location means the weather can change quickly. Talk to your venue about indoor options or renting a tent. This way, you’ll be ready for anything, from surprise showers to extra sunny days.
